fun pieces that feature delicious sugary white pearls lined in a row, with a LOVE pendant on the second strand/chain.

see this chain used in the 2nd strand, very fine with tiny bits in its midst that lend to its rustic look.

I chose to use a longer portion of chain for this piece than I usually do, which means the LOVE pendant will dangle a lot lower from the pearls, just as if you are wearing 2 bracelets!

Made this on a rainy evening, the pouring rain must have played a part in me selecting these cool blue green shades ;)

Inspired by the butterfly cabochon... (eeks, these cabochon makers are certainly getting better & better!)

Coincidentally, I had a butterfly charm in similar shape & size :) so it didn't take long before I decided to make this a butterfly themed, dainty, feminine bracelet.
Natural coral cubes & sugary textured white pearls, topped with purplish brown glass pearls, a winning colour combo that is all about sweetness!

* Corals used are natural bamboo corals, sizes are not uniform and has random spots & speckles, natural imperfections :)

Purple and blue have always been wonderful together, especially with this special shade of the flower, not one I'm used to seeing, was thrilled to find it in a mix coloured pack :)
Violet purple glass pearls line one side of the bracelet, the other end is formed by a series of beads & keys ala the charm bracelet style.

A more soothing version of Kaleidoscope, she chose lighter shades of blue & green instead of the vivid ones originally used.

Leyna wanted some crystals in it as well- light pink opal & dark pink Swarovski beads, for that bit of sparkle!

A lavender purple twist to Coral Blush.

We changed the little beads lining the chain too to match the flower :)

To be honest, as I was finalising this design, I was hugely tempted to introduce some colours to it, you know, a dash of purple or sprinkle of hot pink ;)
As someone who prefers all things colourful, working on monochromatic pieces is a challenge but seeing this now I must say I'm glad I stayed with the original idea in mind!

The black beads are a kind of stone (proper name not known yet, sorry!) with gray spotted details on it.
Surrounded by white teardrop pearls (I like fat teardrops, haha), metallic silver bicones & glassy white opals, these are specially chosen that they reflect the right amount of light, a crucial point to make black & white pieces pop.
What more with the double angel wings & grey chrysanthemum flower to match, super lovely! :)

Chunky, mighty greens!

It all started with the bead caps (see the floral pieces covering the dark green glass pearls), I was determined to use them and the only beads large enough on hand to fit were these emerald green ones.
After a dash of browns, plums & blacks, I added in my matte melon glass pearls & a chrysanthemum in the center, soothingly cute!
A fan of green?

I never was, but this piece is enough to make me rethink ;)
