 Hey! Here's something cool I noticed about the orders completed this past week,

3 customers requested 3 pcs of accessories each, all with custom printed photo charms featuring their individual names!

From Victorian keychains, pastel hearts rings to bright crystal bracelets, I love the variety here, 

absolutely a sweet coincidence :)

Personalized Photo Charm Rings

 I have been making personalized photo charm rings for a quite a while to anyone who asked, just hadn't the chance (or time) to share it publicly here. So right now I have the beautiful afternoon sun to thank for inspiring me to take this ring out for a proper photoshoot ;)

This DEAR piece here is just a sample, you will be customizing your own according to your liking, or surprise a friend, because custom made gifts are the best!

As with all photo charms, you can choose to have names, messages, anniversary dates or personal photos etc, basically anything that can be printed can be sealed into a ring :)

Just email me your JPG file, or if it's text only, let me know the words and background colour to go with.

*personal photos will never be shared publicly online without your permission.

The photo charm used for rings is 16mm in size.

Ring setting is antique brass with an adjustable back.

Swarovski Crystals // New Colours

Hi there! Just a quick update on Crafted By Mei's Swarovski crystals collection.

Freshly added, 7 hearts + 8 bicone colours :)

Bicones include: Silk, Mocca, Ruby, Padparadscha, Indian Red, Hyacinth, Fern Green & Pacific Opal.

Heart Swarovski Earrings // Customize your colours!

I don't make earrings often but this is one pair I adore, as shared on my Facebook many moons ago ;)

Classic cascading design suitable for any event, customize it in your colours!

Each earring consists of 4 Swarovski bicone beads & 1 Swarovski heart:

Keychain Blocks // Custom Made Keychains with Photos

Having personal photos on custom made keychains have been fun, let's take it up a notch with this cute add-on- blocks!

These blocks are to be looped into the keyring, both for decorative purposes and to act as a stopper.

I have a few designs currently, more will be added as and when I find cute ones ;)

something about having our initials on accessories make it all the more personal, with the alphabets now available in block form, you get to pile on other charms on your keychain without worrying if things will get too messy ;)

Handbag blocks for those of you who hook the keychains onto your handbags.

Add a friends block and turn it into perfect friendship gifts!

Staple shapes of star & heart, all time favourites ;)

Personalized Photo Keychain

Happy new year folks!

Key chains are finally available, and the best part is you can customize it with your photos ;)

Back story:

It started as gifts for my 3 cousins, since they are used to receiving bracelets & necklaces already, I wanted to change things up this time round. A keychain with their photos & names sounded perfect, and bonus: keychain is something they can bring to school and show off ;)

We had a fun girly time together choosing photos for the main photo charm, while designing the other smaller one with their names and finished off with them going through my charm boxes picking 1 brass charm each.
A lovely afternoon with lots of girlish giggles ;)

Totally being fair, the boy cousins have it too- with dinosaur charm, but they lost it within a few hours so I didn't manage to take a photo of it.

So anyway, back to work, I received a couple of emails asking if I can make keychains, bingo! 
Here are some of them, Christmas gifts & couple sets.

Personal images will never be posted online unless you give me the permission :)

Lovebird themed couple keychains for Ivanna & Ignatius, their names written below the kissing birds.

Pink background for the girl and blue for the guy.

 Another couple set, this one with more charms & beads, made by Nurhanisah.

Hers is pink as well, with a flower cabochon added.

 Photo charms do not necessarily mean faces, feel free to use any favourite image, the choice is yours.

For this friendship set, image used is from Workbook, with names added to it.

I will help you crop it into a circle and resize.

I do not do any image editing, ie recolour, remove background etc.

2) Mention if any beads, flower cabochon, Swarovski heart etc are to be added.

Photo charms are printed in batches, once every 2 weeks.

• Photo quality, the best you have :) Basic rule of thumb is the better the image quality, the clearer the photo charm will turn out.
• Brightly lit photos do better than underexposed ones.
• If you would like to include more than 1 person in a single photo charm, pick photos where the faces are close together. Having 2 people at 2 ends of the photo will mean I have to crop a large section = your faces may not be clearly seen at all.
• Be sure your subject (ie the face) is not too near to the sides, cropping circles need extra space at all sides.
• Or even better, crop it into a circle yourself, then you will be able to determine what details to include and what to leave out of the picture.

Don't worry if the details above confuse you, just send me your image and I'll advice you further :)

Anklet for Cici in the style of Everlasting, she likes the vintage feel of it :)
Sides are lined with dark purple faux pearls as she wanted more purple in it, requesting for an elegant, ladylike design ;)
Instead of a toggle, we use lobster clasp with extender chain to make it adjustable, a bell placed next to it.
